Answer one question at a time to build your Home Energy Intelligence Report. Share a recent electric bill if you like. Then see which parts of your home may be worth a closer look.
Your results are based on what you tell us. Nothing is verified until an inspection.

Tell us about you and your bill
Start with your contact details. Then upload a recent electric bill, or type a few numbers yourself. You can also add it later.
- 02
Answer, one question at a time
Your home, how it feels, your bill, your solar, power outages, and what matters most to you. Go back and change an answer whenever you like.

See the areas worth a closer look
We show what your answers and bill point to, and we label everything as what you told us.

Ask for a home inspection, if you want one
Requesting an inspection is your choice. Send preferred times and a note, and the team follows up using the contact details you gave.
Four areas, in this order. Each one builds on the one before it.
The deepest look
We start here. Your answers about the attic, how rooms feel and how your AC behaves show where an inspector may want to look first.
What we look at
- Existing attic insulation
- Insulation depth and condition
- Attic heat exposure
- Air-leakage areas
- HVAC and duct location

The inspection is where things get verified. What the inspector finds takes priority over what you told us.
After the visit, findings are written up in plain language and ranked by how much attention each one needs. That includes “no action currently needed” where that’s the case.
The attic
Insulation type, depth and condition, gaps, and any spots that look compressed.
Air and ducts
Signs of air leakage in the attic, and where your ducts and HVAC equipment sit.
Your solar system
What an inspector can see on the panels and the inverter.
Photos and notes
Attic photos and written notes, so you can see what was found.
Two kinds of information, always labelled
Your answers and the bill you shared. This is where your report starts.
What an inspector confirmed at your home. This outweighs what was reported before.
